holy shit...senator thompson, wtf??? i hope he knows dat the inflation rate hasn't been this high since 17 yrs...infact from Jan 07 to Dec 07, inflation has risen abt 2%...a jump from 2.08% to 4.08%...and the dollar currency rate has dropped too...for example, in 2005 the Indian rupee to the US dollar rate was 50 rupees to 1 dollar, this yr it's 38 rupees to 1 dollar...now if u dont say dat's inflation, then i dont kno wat it is...
