Actualy, there is such a thing as global cooling, because all the CO2 is absorbing the sun light thus making it cooler, but still the rate at which ALL THE COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD are pouring out trillions of CO2 every second, thus making global warming more noticable and effective.

global warming is not a scam, it's a fact of life. the misconception is that the planet is only warming, which is true b/c the average annual temperature of Earth is continually increasing b/c of our pollution, however a side effect of this are larger temperature extremes (higher highs and lower lows). which is why we still see snow in spring. this also creates more severe storms, like hurricanes and tornados.

Do you have to pull such attitude on a posting area for a song for kids? YOU HAVE YOUR OPINION, STATED IT, MOVE ON DUDE. That said on a different note, I personally have loved Raffi since I was a child. All of his songs are fun in one way or another. He is one of the few people my young daughter can listen to without me having to be super concerned about what kind of message is being sent to her through those melodies. Global warming is a scheme by elites 4 what, I'm not sure. Maybe it's 4 population control (which means 3rd world people&those in the hood). It could be the Gaia thing. "Captain Planet" made her kind of like a deity. It could be for book sales. It could be creating an availability crisis as the elites love to do with the media. Even the Coast to Coast host says he believes this is cyclical. Other planets R warmer.Even George Carlin said we're no threat 2 the Earth. politics4kids? Shameful.

well, looks like everyone has got it covered, i'd just like to add that NASA is predicting global cooling. 2012 is the end of a solar cycle. i'm sure most of you know what that is, but for you people who believe in global warming, start with the sun, once you know what that is then move on to solar cycles. oh and also FROST IN AUGUST, lol. wish i could find that article for you.

Just to fill everyone in...global warming means that AVERAGE temperatures are higher. Not that it doesn't get cold. Climate change brought on by quickly increasing avg. temperatures also brings with it extreme weather. Four inches of snow at the end of April in Ohio. Frost in August. Stronger hurricanes. Droughts, snow storms, the risk for severity is much higher...as I'm sure everyone has noticed in the past couple years.

I know where our school systems are ranking and yes it's pretty pathetic but when you have politicians more interested in guns than oil instead of education that's what you get. No listening to Raffi isn't the answer (who said it was? It's fun for kids.) listening to Raffi once in a while isn't brainwashing, however if it's all the time then that is a problem, but that is true about ANYTHING. You must always assume you have to find the real truth behind things for yourself.
