do u click your regular mugen sarting button and when i press mines its full screen the whole thing turns black as usual and the go's back to normal staring page

how do u improve/programme a chars A.I.
i got a batman and he sucks..he certainly doesnt act like the dark knight, and would love to give his A.I a boost..

Dude its not freakin working i put the font folder in my mugen oringal folder.
next i put in the rest of the folders in data and its still in normal screenpack. i need help please :(
