600ml Dashi Soup (2 1/2 u.s. cup)
2 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Miso
Pork
Sesame Oil
Konnyaku - Konjac
Daikon Radish
Carrot
Gobo - Edible Burdock
Shiitake Mushrooms
Satoimo - Japanese Taro
Negi - Welsh onion
Shichimi - Seven Flavor Chili Pepper

In this recipe you use Sesame Oil, in the market I find two diferents Sesame Oils, Sesame Oil toasted and Sesame Oil pure or raw.
