good information, its the same information that black people know, but when your dealing with an overbearing police officer in a predominantly high crime or low income area, the police are more forceful regardless of the law or civil rights. Im not trying to be racist but realistic. White people's interaction with police is very different that black or hispanic encounters. The law protects everyone, rights are for everyone, but police cross the line and use there own safety to violate rights

naw, it was never a black or white thing. its a power and social struggle thing... police lie, cheat and kill to keep there jobs. they protect there own, the law is based around protecting cops. There are more laws on the books about protecting government and law than there is about protecting civilians. Try and create a script with purely innocent people, can't be done. Anyway, the constitution isn't designed JUST to protect the innocent it's ALSO designed to level the playing field for the accused (guilty or innocent) facing a much more powerful state. It protects you from automatic guilty findings . Even if you killed your wife they must have evidence or you are innocent. Yes people get away with crimes but that's by design. A criminal WILL eventually get caught.

this is ridiculously biased, thats not a cop, thats a paid actor. most cops dont act like that and if you use the rights that were given to you in the constitution cops cant act like that, also this video has parts that arent actually real law, i.e the cop cant arrest them all for that one guys weed, thats fiction for the video

Actually there are 50 different laws concerning possession of pot (one for each state) In Nevada Possession of ANY AMOUNT of marijuana by a minor (under 21) is automatically guilty of a felony offense, and can be sentenced to 1 - 4 years in prison
In NJ simple possession of one joint comes with 18 months in prison.
watch the video again all three admitted to a crime. And Texas is just like this I refused a consent and the sheriff put his hand on his taser and barked "What?"

About 4 cops have pulled shit like this on me. Once a cop got a call about someone smoking weed, and I happened to be in the exact area, so he walked up to me and asked if I'd been smoking. I said no because I hadn't been. He assumed I was guilty because of my long hair. He forcefully reached in my pockets without asking and then his cop buddy took my Cheetos and ate all of them. I was had been anxious all day, and the cops recognized my weakness, and searched me illegally and ate my food.

Obama won't do anything about the War on Drugs, because there are too many psycho parents that would go insane. And everyone knows, all the psycho people in this country are the ones that get media coverage. And everyone knows, media coverage heavily influences public opinion.
As soon as any legislation about the pointless War on Drugs hits the media, all the psycho parents will come out of the woodwork because "Drugs are Bad." These crazy parents are incapable of abstract thought.

Yeah that's true. Cutting the War or Drugs' marijuana-busting budget would be good though.
I'd personally like to see a crackdown on crack cocaine. Not the users, but the dealers and the importers. I'd also love to see some black leader who is accepted by black America, who understands their situation and has lived it, and who motivates these inner city kids to try to move up in society. Someone who can bring them hope w/o talking down to them and blaming them. Someone they will listen to.
