This is a very personal story for me nightflyer - As I asked God to clarify some things for me... well to be honest I didn't know what I was asking for and if I knew I think I would not have done it --maybe.... well I don't know really because God gave me MORE than I asked for when HE revealed many of HiS mysteries to me to help me understand and become wise in HIS WORD.

My fasting was for weeks at a time with the loss of much of my mussels this lasted 2 years. This was when I released everything to God. When I did that something happened. Suddenly when I had a word of knowledge - it came true.
When I had a dream - it came true. the simple dreams always were as I saw them but the complicated dreams are MUCH HARDER TO UNDERSTAND

nightflyer all I can tell you is this:
what God showed me was so wonderfully awesome that HIS PEACE is with me always. I don't fear the world anymore. I don't want my children to suffer of course and I pray against the evil who hurt the innocent...
But this PEACE is overwhelming. It is like having the owner of the UNIVERSE like you and watching out for you just because you were obedient to HIM.
He showed me the meaning of LIFE. And more importantly the MEANING TO THE SUFFERING AND THE EVIL

And yes, the universe is governed by mathematical laws, that describe how everything works. That's the nature of science.
