i like the way u play it. only thing i do not like is the three strings picked repeatedly for three times. it is not nice to ignore the subtle change in the tone. (btw if i do not make myself clear it is maybe because im not a guitarist but a harpist). anyway i like the rest and the relaxed way you are teaching the song

I'm going to start guitar for the first time and bought a crappy Yamaha starter guitar.
I need to know what to do so that I don't injure my fingers and body while playing the guitar.
Any tips would help.

Well, first of all, crappy guitars are usually known for their high action (strings are far from the fretboard). High action means the strings will be hard to press down, so it will take a toll on your fingers. Even if your guitar has good action, you will still go through hell at first, while your fingers form calluses. Brian Adams put it best: "...played it 'til my fingers bled...". my finger tips are hardening.
sprained my wrist before getting the chance to play properly.
with just one hand, on my second play, felt almost no finger pain and can get the few strings of this song by ear.
