A clip from the 1952 movie Miracle Of Our Lady Of Fatima as the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared for the first time to the three seers Francisco, Jacinta & Lucia at the Cova Da Iria, Fatima, Portugal in May 13, 1917. The Miracle of the Sun (in which the sun danced violently) was witnessed by almost 70,000 people when the Blessed Mother appeared the last time and revealed The Third Secret to the three children in Oct. 13, 1917. Sadly, the last of the three seers Sister Lucy (the eldest of the three) died in February 13, 2005 unable to reveal the true & complete contents of the Third Secret Of Fatima. Please Pray the Rosary Everyday for the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and wear the Brown Scapular for the conversion of sinners, for the poor souls in purgatory and for lasting world peace. You know I'd love to see a GOOD response come from one of the original daughters of the church, such as France or some other European Nation where the Catholic faith is in terrible condition. They have the benefit of these apparitions such as Lourdes or Fatima. When will faith in these countries resurge again?

Legend has it that Jack Warner (Warner Brothers Studio) saw the news coverage of the 1951 dedication of the Basilica in Fatima and was so impressed with 1 million believers on scene that he went forward with the production of the picture. (that was filmed on location- probably at considerable added expense) I love this movie.

To see the Holy Virgin and hear Her voice in reality , worth everything in this mortal life .
What a lucky kids , and what a beautiful momemts they spent with the Mother of all creation .
Can you imagine people , the Holy Virgin visiting your rooms , or houses , or coming to you when praying in a Church !
Just by saying Her name , life would be much acceptable and easier to live .
Pray the Rosary and be assure that when you hold the Rosary in your hands , you are holding Mary's hand ..

I went to a Catholic school next to a cinema in England. In 1953, when I was six, the cinema put on a special showing of this movie for the school and I always said to myself - well if she ever appears on earth in my lifetime - I am going there. I went to Medjugorje in 1989 and twice more - She was there! And She let me and the members of my family I could persuade to join me, let us know very clearly that She was and that we are loved. I have many stories about the place - no room here - sorry

The film was made in the early 50's beth, it is out of copyright but I have an excellent DVD of it and will send it to anyone who wants it (I am retired so would ask for a contribution to copying and postage from UK)
