This is to honor Ric Flair. A tribute to one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. Yes, I know he's not dead. He's only retiring. Nonetheless, we will all miss him, and will still love him all through his retirement. This song is kind of upbeat for such a sad time, but everyone kept saying "Thanks for the memories Ric." He held the NWA/WCW title a hell of a lot more than the Mid-Atlantic, which was a branch of the old NWA. WWE acknowledges him as the 16 time champion. Most of this is available on Wiki anything or wrestling-site. You speak from your ass and you fail.
