I didn't say the filmmaker was suggesting that. I just stated that personally, that skin and bones isn't appealing to me And yeah I have definitely heard of a size zero, which I have never ever fit into. The smallest I have ever been is a size two and that was after being violently ill everyday for almost a month. The word sick just doesn't cover it. I wish curvy women weren't considered fat either, since I am one of them. But even when I was thinner, skin and bones wasn't attractive to me.

They don't know what it was like to have to dress like your Dad when you were 18, to have to be in at 10.00am, to have to sit around a Sunday dinner table listening to Family Favourites, to have to feel guilty if you got a hard-on, to have to look up to your elders constantly, to have to work at a steady job until you got a gold watch at 65, to never travel anywhere, to get your feet kicked off a table if you dared to put them on there...

If the youth of today are incompetent and uninformed it's only because they have not been taught well by individuals who would prefer to hunch down behind a pint glass and grumble about "kids today". If you think you know the truth why not stand behind your opinions with some conviction. Perhaps by discussing matters with those "spoilt children" you can reduce the quantity of dangerous ignorance in the world.
