| I think liability is an issue... and maybe noise levels around residential places. People will usually go out into industrial areas anyways. They are away from the population and traffic is low, like 1 car maybe late in the night. Cops used to ignore it till racing spread to more polulated areas and people were run over or died in accidents. |
