Joe Giorlando V-Log 1: 2008 Election- Huckabee and Religion

Uploaded by: TheTrueRealityCheck
Video Description:
I would like this video to bring forth some important issues about Mike Huckabee and the 2008 Election. I believe Mike uses his religion to gain support and without it he would not be even close to the top of polls and would not have had as much success in Iowa. I hope this video can spark much dicussion inregards to Religion and its role in politics. Please, Please message.comment.video response me so I can see what you think! The next video will surely be on Ron Paul and I plan on making one on the TRUE issues of this country soon. The site I mentioned in this video was YouPosted.com (Thousands of members and posts!) so come and debate me there in the Debating Chamber... I won't be hard to find.

Joe seriously, what ... ( 10 months ago by lwilliams777)
Joe seriously, what would even give you the idea that Governor Huck would force his beliefs on the people of the country? Because he talks about them? Please give me a break, just because christians talk about Jesus or God doesn't mean they are trying to force religion on you. You can just take a look at how he governed Arkansas and see that Arkansas turned out ok.
He is indirectly ... ( 10 months ago by TheTrueRealityCheck)
He is indirectly forcing his religion. If he against Gay Marriage than he needs a better reason to define something like that other than his religion. You see NH was so different than Iowa because he didn't have the strong Christian support like in Iowa.

Joe, are you saying ... ( 10 months ago by lwilliams777)
Joe, are you saying a person's beliefs or moral convictions shouldn't be part of their decision-making as president? I have this suspicion that you would support a presidential candidate who would legalize gay marriage or abortions. Would that be indirectly forcing an anti-christian agenda on us?
Joe, with all ... ( 10 months ago by lwilliams777)
Joe, with all respect, I have not once seen a president whose policies and decision-making was made in a vacuum devoid of his principles, morals, or beliefs...it just isn't done that way.

Well I do agree with that. Mike takes it to a level that is unexpectable imho.

Ok Joe, I think I understand why you would say that. The question becomes, "What is an acceptable level?" Try to think of the answer in terms of constitutional rights then you will understand where I am coming from.

Nice video Joe. I agree that there must be a seperation of church and state, and believe that "But where did you get the idea that church and state was meant to be held separately?" (comment by iwilliams777) was one of the most rediculous things I have ever heard and that this person clearly needs to get educated. I agree that Huckabee was taking complete advantage of his religion in Iowa.
