Did you just watch a video about the possibility of war with iran on our energy costs and then side with Mccain? Do you know what Obama's stance is with Iran? Who the hell is Chuck Baldwin? Do you really beleive he can hold a candle in this race for candidacy when 95% of the population doesn't even know who he is? You have 2 choices. Mccain or Obama. If you don't like either vote for a lesser evil and vote on the most imminant issues the world has to face today and the comming years.

Obama supported the blockade at the AIPAC Convention on July 6th. His stance mirrors that of McCain; attack Iran for the security of Israel. On that issue, there is no lesser evil.

Chuck Baldwin believes the doe is a waste of money. What exactly do you think energy company owners will do if programs like the doe don't exist? Do you think they will take the most expensive route for waste disposal? Look at what these companies did before programs were setup to monitor this type of activity. He also believes the solution to the energy crisis is to drill for more oil. With all the evidence pointing towards global warming do you really believe this is the sollution?

So even due to the overwhelming evidence pointing towards global warming you deny even the slightest possibility of it's existence? It sounds like you believe the idea of global warming benefits all members of government which I don't beleive it does especially with evidence pointing towards benefits of more oil sales and a huge oil market. Even if global warming is a myth. Air pollution isn't and we've seen the effects of it in our own cities like L.A. where it has been proven that it is more unhealthy to get excersize and run on the street than to sit at home simply because your breathing in more carbon emmissions when your active. Don't you beleive a hydrogen sollution would cure these problems?

e46: In a "truly" free-market a solution would have already supplied itself. In a true free-market a class action law suit could be filed against auto manufacturers, all's we would have had to have done was to prove that our "liberties" a lost owing to carbon emission and this would be easy to do. Or that our property value was falling. A settlement of a time line would have been placed and the tech investment dollars would have rolled in.
As it is no court willing to take such a case.

I'm very curious because I like many of the things he stands for based on his web site but global warming due to the abuse of fossil fuels is a major crisis that I do not want my children to face.

Man-Made Global Warming according the IPCC ( now tell us GM is "predominately" man made - car emmissions) were the same people who were dead certain one year prior to Al Gore's movie that the cause was primarily Solar and Evapotranspiration (and they were right), and secondarily outgasing from farm animals (and they were right), and lastly (by only .2percent) by fossil fuels (and they were right).
