Great detail in a largely varied city. It looks surprisingly outstanding for a GTA game.

10 doesn't always have to be perfect, but honestly...

The driving and shooting have all been enhanced in such a large way that this feels a lot more like a streamlined action game. A very good one.
Value 10
The campaign is 20+ hours, and multiplayer is so deep that you may never stop playing it.
Overall 10
GTA IV is easily one of the best games of the year.

This game is no where near the PERFECT game. Think about it. 10 is the highest you can get. This game has less features than it's predecessor, so how can it possibly be a 10?

Truth be told, this game is quite the 10, good sir. 10 doesn't always mean perfect.
A kid gets 100% on a math test. He spelled a word wrong in a question. His answer was right, regardless of the error. He still gets a 100.

10 isn't an option, unless you Over rate it. Let's face it, GTA IV is a truly awesome game, but it has lots of things that could have been added to enhance it, and it had alot of things taken away, which removed the fun, like parachuting, less character and vehicle customization etc, that people miss from the old games. Seems to me that because they added realism, it took away alot of the fun factor.

great review man, this game for me is higher than a ten. its just so amazing to be able to think of something, anything you would like to do and then go do it. it just blows my mind when i think about it. this and mass effect are in my opinion the most amazing games ever made (and of course zelda ocarina of time). but back to the review great job keep um comeing. :)
