It's just like with anyone in any country. Racism won't go away completely. Trust me when I say this. I am an Asian American myself. I dealt with lots of ignorant people as well as people who are more open.

I live in Canada and the racism here is mild compared to the United states. There is much more inter racial dating in Canada and as I've said before, the younger generations are much more open to it than those who are older. Canada is, in my opinion the true United Nations

I also need to mention this as a Korean American. No offense to that actor but I can tell that Korean is not his first language. The accent in his Korean is very obvious to me. Therefore I find his portrayal all the more ridiculous. They're making someone that's as American as everyone else in there into the foreigner.

i watch the show a lot and i kinda understand more. the korean dude is allowing himself to get punched becuz he doesn't want to fite with the black dude. the blak dude thinks he did sumthing that he did not. and earlier in the show the korean guys beats the shit out of the black guy.

Great documentary. I've noticed these things for a while now. But as a Black man people don't listen to me when I talk about non-Black issues. They say to me "why do you care? You're not Asian?" So even though a "small amount" other groups outside the Asian community (like myself) recognize these things, there's still a lot to be done. Maybe a new generation of movie/tv directors might help matters.
