THE FRACTAL NATURE OF CONSCIOUSNESS

"All that is outside, also is inside"
Goethe
Mandelbrot's discovery of the infinitely transformative quality of fractal patterns has found many applications in nature, including consciousness and the mind.
Like fractals, holoversal consciousness has no true boundaries and can expand infinitely to include our Oneness with all things.

Profound message! Beautiful presentation that drew me into your ideas. The key phrase is "arbitrary" in terms of how we impose arbitrary boundaries on to consciousness--and then enact those limitations. Excellent integration of fractal geometry with first person science of consciousness.

Thank you for the lovely presentation.
I believe fractals are the key to all understanding, they are the closest concept we have for understanding the dynamics of this creation we are all living in. It is the missing link in unifying quantum theory and relativity and synthesises ancient wisdom with modern science. One has to entrain ones self to these higher states of mind in order to obtain higher awareness and expanded consiousness.

Thank you for this lovely presentation.
I believe fractals are the key to everything in the universe, they are the closest concept we have for understanding the dynamics of this creation we are all living in. They are the missing link in unifying quantum theory with relativity, and they sythesise ancient wisdom with modern science.
Concepts such as the fractal nature of reality cause one self to achieve higher states of mind by tuning into higher awareness and expanded consiousness.

Thank you very much for your kind words of praise and of course, I totally agree with your remarks that fractals are the key that synthesizes quantum thoery, relativity and ancient wisdom. With these categories we might also add Jung's synchronicity principle. By the way, I have a new book coming out that will offer an explanation how and why these diverse disciplines are united. i like the idea of our levels of consciousness being constantly recurring in on itself, deeper self awareness and all. Is self being a by-product of being created using fractals however, consciousness is certainly a necessity of life, without it we wouldn't be here.
Everything has an ... ( 3 months ago by Nahulanham)
Everything has an essential fractal nature that has shape, form and can be replicated. We move, thrive and exist in a veritable sea of feedback of self-similarity or dissimilarity depending upon perspective; and it is our ability to recognize the whole in the part which allows us to remain relatively aware. It's interesting. Since I began studying fractal geometry, I've felt intuitively that it was a model for nature. I don't presume to understand the nature of consciousness but I believe this idea to have a great logical foundation.

One aspect of fractal equation tends towards 0, the other towards infinity. This seems like a good description of the subconscious tending towards the godly soul and the superconscious tending towards the other pole of the godly embrace in oneness. Bohm in Hebrew is the thumb, the fingerprint indeed.

Thanks for posting your thoughts and feelings on the matter, as well as the interesing quotes from others. :)
