If u want,u can do the same thing within low cost here in Japan. I assume that a rebuild 4A-G will cost around $3000 and a base car will less than $500(USD). The vid says, other parts such like lower arms, suspensions, breakes etc.., was taken from other car's genuine one and driver build up the car by himself.
The point is, how can u find an old starlet within a good condition, not 'price'.

there is 3 models of kp60/kp61 rwd starlet. the "buyeye" kp starlet you are talking about are the first and this 1 is the last rwd stalet of the rwd kp61 starlets.
its not a body kit either. its standard with what looks to be like a mazda mx5 lower lip.
