Probably because it was easier for Kate to reach the notes... she is naturally a soprano. I also noticed it was a key higher :)
This version will never get old, still my favourite live performance of any song ever.

Dirty Deck and fragulus, I really thought that personal differences between two people should remain between them. Ditto if Roger has issues with any other band member, or friend, or family member, or whatever! When Pink Floyd were inducted to the R&R Hall of Fame, I loved Townshend's line, "I never CHOSE to understand what makes splintering bands splinter." And by playing at Live 8, he said, "they did so with some maturity, some perspective, and a "new" WALL came down!

This is a very very rare live performance from Kate. She hasn't toured since her first and last tour in 1979. The only time you see her perform live is on the occasional (and I mean very occasional) TV appearance. She is a legend !
