it was 15 years ago today that we lost River. its nice to know that a lot of people, including me (even though i was only a year old when he died), still have him in our hearts.

first off this video made me cry! great job! i loved the picture of river grabbing joaquins nose with the pliers! that is memorys that you cant buy! im sure joaquin missing him dearly!
secondly i love rivers free spirt and how he stood for someting!something improtant that matters! the earth and everything in it he wanted to make a point and make an impact which he did!

Joaquin's real first name is Joaquin. when he was a child he felt bad that his siblings all had pretty names and was disappointed that he was stuck with Joaquin. So he chose to go by Leaf. lol.

No, his real name is Joaquin. He did however change for some time, when he was younger, to Leaf because he wanted to "fit in" with his siblings names inspired by nature.
Luckily though he changed back to his birthname, and Joaquin truly is a beautiful name. :)
