You must've gotten the hardware dirty when you took the faceplate off. Either that or you dropped it shortly after.

Thanx m8 - you really helped me out. i had loads of dust under my faceplate and thanx to the vid - i got the faceplate off, cleaned and back on again - and better still - EVERYTHING STILL WORKS!! (my personal record!!)
