I take extra protein. I eat more healthier and non fat yogurt. Chock full of protein and calcium too.
taking steroids is like taking drugs, shooting up, smoking, even drinking. It can be an addiction. health hazards and potential short term and long term.
lots of warnings, information pros and cons, so if people want to take it and they get screwed..oh well. If they don't..cool. Let people screw and ruin their own lives.
