| Your premise seems to be that some characteristic of nuclear weapons precludes the possibility of their use. Apparently someone thinks someone else would be, as you say, "stupid" enough to use such weapons, thus justifying the retention of nuclear weapons and the right to retaliation by as many countries as possible. |
