I've seen his performances mant times and got a chance to meet him and he is very similar to his on-stage persona! He is the nicest most inspiring contemporary artist one can have the pleasure of meeting with God gifts as far as music, the bass voice, and funk! Good heart!

The bass solo at 1:00 to 1:25 is great, the top of the video. At least it sounds great to me. Actually, I find this shorter version better than the (also great) studio recording. Great opening, and a real ending (fade-outs are so cheap), and professionally mixed. The only thing I am missing is the P-Funk zaniness.
What happens at 1:06? Does he put the plectrum away somewhere? In a pocket maybe?
