On April 14, 1937, the Prohibitive Marihuana Tax Law or the bill that outlawed hemp was directly brought to the House Ways and Means Committee. This committee is the only one that can introduce a bill to the House floor without it being debated by other committees. The Chairman of the Ways and Means, Robert Doughton, was a Dupont supporter. He insured that the bill would pass Congress. Makes me glad to be a Canadian!

They would never do that because hemp lasts for hundreds of years. I've seen ~100-200 year old clothes made from hemp worn and passed on through generations that looked brand new - flawless. Do you think the clothing industry would allow this to happen.

Our "Representatives" don't represent the people any longer. In general our govt is corrupt and deeply flawed because of the pride and greed of those in office. Ron Paul is one of the few that stands up for the people he represents and is a man of great integrity! Ron Paul 2008!!!

the question about if ron paul doesn't have enough people caucusing who should they go to.... the REPUBLICAN CAUCUS is more like a primary, they only take a vote after speeches for each candidate.... not like the dems caucus where they try and convince you to come to their candidate after the candidates don't have 15% of the people's support

Its all rigged and i know Paul wouldnt be elected. So if he was in the final debates as a 3rd party he would be given equal time, or at least alot more than he is getting. And he would dominate, enough people would vote for him and when they rig the elections, paul supporters would uprise. Thats the revolution i picture happening. He wont win the election, but will cuase alot of people to question the election
