We, people of the EU, have a dream. Let us work together and make our dream come true.
I dont want much. All I want is a Socialist European Union! I want all people to have equal rights and opportunities, All unemployed deserve to have a job, all people who want to study should recieve free college education! All sick people deserve free health care, homeless a shelter, and young families should be granted appartments by the state and free access to kindergardens. European Union must care for its citizens much more and should guarantee all people a decent living standart!
Once this is achieved, we will be able to help people across the world achieve Socialism and one day we will unite our efforts and form the Socialist World Republic!
May fortune smile at you, comrades!

Well, If you don't want to live in a socialist country, I recommend you to pack up really fast. Because socialism will come so unexpected that one day EU will be truly socialist, and you might even like it!

Yeah, let's just hope the EU can be considered one single state one day (in other words wait till it's unificated), then propose your idea of a soicalist EU. I bet you''ll get some good laughs 'bout that.
1) Since it would be the newest country in the world, it would have an up-to-date constitution in sence of total democracy
2) Once unificated, it counts like 450 million people, it will have the most armed force, but will also be the most wealthy country in the fucken world.

Socialism is very similar to communism, there's no doubt, that poeple will fight against that. And anyway, wait till your older than 30, and you'll get used to where you live and what political system there is. Just let me give you these words:
Communism and socialism is great in theory, but because a lot of people are too egotistic, those systems don't work. Democracy however, combined with a half-liberal, partially state controlled market economy works well in theory as well as in reality.

People are not egoistic, only SOME people are egoistic, and for THESE people it is of course impossible to understand that there are much more people who aren't egoistic.
Stalin is not a communist. We don't like him! Even Soviet leadership, which is considered very conservative dismissed him as a traitor. Not Lenin though. Lenin did many good things!
For example Soviet Union was the first country to make abortions legal. They were also among the first to give free education and health care.

Very sad video indeed. The centralized beurocratic EU state continues to oppress all of the nations within it, and the citizens within them. Only country to democratically vote on the EU refused it. Only gangsters benefit from the EU. Workers and Businessmen alike are oppressed under lack of freedom.

The Union of Soviet "Socialist" Republics is the worst possible example of socialism. Stalin, Mao, and other "communist" dictators have raped Marx's original ideal and made a perversion of socialism. There is still time to take it back. Failed experiments shall not put us off. Revolution is inevitable, and all it takes it one revolution to produce a working, fair socialist society before the rest of the world stands up and takes notice.

Perhaps you're right. I have a friend from Lithuania who tells me that the Soviet Union under Gorbachev did some rather terrible things to the Baltic States. That doesn't mean that it was a perversion of communism in the same way that Stalin's regime was, though - I suspect it was just another incidence of nations acting like complete pricks to each other. ¬_¬
