Actually, Friends and I used to go Rave Clubs at different cities in TX. I've heard several of them shutted down because of the laws because of several fatals for many reasons.

Because the thing is we already dance liquid at rave and for the hands to be speaking in Rave. It communicates so much deeper than sound.
Think about it, perfect place to learn sign is Deaf Rave because you can hardly hear yourself or your mates over the music. Just move your body and keep your Hands high, Smile and tell your story. Get into it man!
