1. When did Israel gain fully functional nuclear weapons capability? 1973, at the end of the fourth of the Arab-Israeli wars.
2. Israel currently fights against insurgent groups where nuclear weapons are useless.
3. Iran is to most, except you of course, a completely different opponent.
