biggest bullshit i´ve ever seen. modern warface isnt battle at a front. guerrillas need a stolen car, some fertilizer and rdy is a 500$ bomb, that can kill a lot of people. this wont help in a conflictsituation as it is in iraq. robots wont go on patrols. they cant check people etc.; just bullshit talking about a usage _now_ ... maybe in 50years

Will it react as quick and with agility as a human though? What about if you approached the robot from behind? It wouldn't be the same thing.

wabdinur, its supposed to supplement infantry, not replace it. They said it was mostly for urban settings. so imagine being pinned in a firefight and being able to send something out to kill the enemy without putting you in danger. Dont think of it as a replacement for a soldier, thats not what it is. it's another weapon to help him do his job and increase his survivability

Some military analyst say it's pointless spending billions on faster and more stealthy jets or submarines when modern warfare is about street to street battle with insurgents. Truly these weapons are spectacular but they have no relevance.
