this was a project for our organizational behavior class. the assignment was to report back on an existing company's management culture and explain how they work internally. we took it a step further and actually simulated the company (Fitz+Co) as if they were in orientation. Thus I devised this training video. Here you go for your enjoyment and not by any means any critical remarks.
Remember, this was an 'extra' portion for a simple school project.
