Actually that isn't a parrot dancing, having worked with a bunch of them and having three..I know the difference between dancing, trying to escape and quite frankly, masturbating. That lovebird is getting itself off on the rim of the guys hand. This isn't an uncommon thing for them to do (just like it isn't for people). It's just..weird someone would let the bird do it on their hand and record it.
Watch it's face...trust me, it's enjoying itself.
