You're correct in that natural selection isn't the only way of change. It sometimes arises spontaneously. It is still evolution. Of course politics is part of evolution. It is how we animals sort things out socially. Part of the ultimate success or failure of us as a specie. You aren't grasping Evolution at all. Evolution is a process; the study of evolution doesn't presuppose any advantage of Capitalism or Communism.
