| Hey Yerkeskid. I don't know why you got a thump down for this comment. Thump downs are for idiot comments (which your comment are not) - not for disagreeing with musical taste or musical opionions. Duke WAS probably their best album and I liked Genesis and IT too. They are the soundtrack of my teenage years. But if I should choose 3 albums today I would probably choose The Lambs and Trick Of The Tail. But I hope that I will never have to chose :-) |

| Ah, Let me clarify. I was referring to the "80s" vesion of the band and far as releases. The earlier stuff is great progressive rock. I would have to rank those seperately though. |

| I think they thought the Duke Suite would seem too much like "Supper's Ready" (the 23 minute epic), at least, that's what I've heard. That being said, on the 1980 Duke tour, they performed the Duke Suite together. In fact, you can see the Duke Suite in its entirety from the Lyceum performance. Phil even changes his shirt during "Duke's Travels!" |

| Yes, that's correct. I have Rhino's deluxe edition of Duke. On bonus DVD discussing make of album, Genesis said they broke the Duke suite into parts cause they didn't want it compared to Supper's Ready |

| That's cool ya like both eras of Genesis, prog and not prog. Me too. I'm 25 and was giving WCD as Xmas present a long time ago. Didn't, and still don't, like it.Have all their stuff from '70-CAS. Excluding WCD, of course. I also don't have any of their live albums. I also have the recent CD/DVD reissues, almost all currently out. Can't wait for the last batch of reissues due out in September, @ least in UK. Don't know release date in US, which is where I live |

| My parents were huge genesis fans, and when I used to hear this song when I was a toddler, it used to give me goose bumps, and it made me feel all gushy inside! I love it!! I love Trick Of The Tail!!! 29 years later.... :) |

| This has to be from the best Genesis album, and probably their least known, the whole album is like an amazing journey, one of the first I ever owned in vinyl, saw them live in the 80's in Perth (Western Australia). |
