I don't know the exact brand but the kind of microphone is called a capacitor. If you are looking for one that records in the same manner I would suggest A Neumann U87 capacitor microphone. I doubt that the Neumann U87 is what is used in this video, but it is in the same "family".

i agree with both of really i mean the new wave album is sub-par when compared to against me's other work, but they certainly did not sell-out, they're just getting noticed more and bands evolve, but theyre still Against me, you dumb twat ambappa. :D

New Wave: better than the first two albums by far, and only slightly better Searching For A Former Clarity. It's not Punk, it's Punk Rock, but it's still great. They haven't sold out. They switched to a major label to work with Butch Vig, which is not a bad thing for two very important reasons: a) he's Butch @#$%ing Vig, and b) they are talented enough to be on such a label. It's not a corporate sellout move but a band evolution move. And they're not anarchists anymore because they've grown up.
