No he didn't leave the band. He has embarked on a solo tour in support of his new solo CD "Ever Changing Times". Toto just released "Falling In Between Live" an awesome DVD that shows Toto at their best. In fact I saw that touor and they sounded fantastic. Luke is still with the band.

I saw Toto on the "Isolation" tour and they rocked. And the new version of Toto is as good, just different. The vocals, the music is still the same. There will never be another Jeff Porcaro, or David Paich, but the music lives on. Luke still shreds, Bobby Kimball scan still sing, and the guys that have taken Jeff's and David's place have done incredibly well and Toto retains its magic with those guys in the fold.

Toto is no more. They have officially broken up for good. Mike Porcaro became ill and had to leave. Steve Lukather said that without David Paich and at least one Porcaro, it's just not Toto so, in Mike's words: "It is over"
