If you ask me, I would suggest you to read "Canto General" (General Chant) which is his most vast work, as well as his most mature poetry, and I also suggest you "Confieso que he vivido" (I confese that I lived) which is his autobiography.

Honestly, i have not read any translation of his work (I read all of them in spanish) so i do not know if they will transmit all the passion and meaning of them, but you will tell me.I hope that my answer wll be interesting to you.

i used to be a tech support agent myself and cuxs would call us to tell us that they had a cookie stucked on their SD slot ! Yeah, dunno how the hell the cookie ever got there!
and then we had this procedure where they had to turn on the computer while pressing the F11 key, and there was this cx who called and couldn't find it but did find the F1 one and was clever enough to press it 11 times instead, hoping she'd get the same results -lol-

well I am the tech support as well, the only way how to manage this job is to eat a lot of chocolate or drink a lot of alcohol, I definately think people should have something like driving license for PCs before they can buy it or use it

LOL i think the problem is either the person dosnt know how a computer works or they typpically use a different os like using a PC when uce ussaly use a mac. I ussally use PC and love it but i use macs to.

when you mention pc driving licence, there is this ECDL certificate here in Europe, its European Computer Driving Licence, a certificate claiming you are computer literate, great idea btw

I worked call centers a bit and this is fitting. But they forgot to include employees getting monitored by asst. managers while on calls. That is such an experience. And for part time, $8/hr!
