in some martial arts-the Grandmaster will only "share" his energy with his advanced studendts or atleast students who have some experience with chi & or his art.
It may change the perception of certain people who may not be able to handle it-at least that what I know from my limited research & experience....

You may be Chinese, but you're probably so Americanized that you have no sense of your Chinese cultural heritage anymore, to the extent that you would openly ridicule something so graceful, a philosophy weaved and preached by your ancestors.
If you sit behind a keyboard all day and don't believe it it's your right, but don't make statements adding that you're Chinese on top of it in an attempt to more effectively discourage people from the existence and application of Qi in Martial Arts.

Maybe this is dated, but science believes that energy is projected from one source to another, it's just never approached it in a person affecting anothers' actions like this. Energy is constantly being emitted (heat etc). And once you understand your own energy, you begin to understand how this works. It's not that complicated.
