The rollover with Hercules and Bigfoot scares me to this day. I can't believe how close the photographers were to the track during the race. Hearing the race announcer say "Everybody please stay back." had everyone concerned that someone was hurt. Very dramatic race.

when i was growing up i had posters of monster trucks and big foot modles that you would put together on my side of the bed room i had to share a room with my older sister she hated me for that i still love the monster trucks today and iam 40 something the good old days thanks

He is farther away...there is actually a set of pictures that gentleman took that make it look like he is really far away from the truck. I thought the exact same thing you did until I saw those pictures. By today's standards, he was WAY too close, but back in those days he was pretty far back.
