Nick: I wouldn't want to try to manage a relationship like that.
Natalee: A relationship like what?
Nick: You're leaving in less than an hour, Natalee. I won't be seeing you anymore.
Natalee: But Nick...
Nick: I know.
Natalee: There must be some way...
Nick: But there isn't.
Natalee: [looks down and they keep walking]
Natalee: Man this really sucks.
Nick: The words right out of my mouth.
Natalee: [sighs]
Nick: But I will keep in touch with you. Don't worry.
Natalee: You promise?
Nick: Yeah. I can't forget you. That's impossible.
Natalee: Same.
[they get back to the Jonas house]
Claudia: There you are Natalee! Where have you been?
Natalee: I got a little bit lost in the woods.
Claudia: We're late. My mom's gonna freak.
Natalee: Sorry.
Claudia: Well grab your stuff and get to the car.
Natalee: Okay...
Natalee and Claudia get their stuff and go to Claudia's car. Nick follows to say goodbye.
Natalee: So I guess I'll... see you another time, maybe??
Nick: Maybe.
Natalee: Hopefully.
Claudia: Bye Nick.
Nick: See you later, Clau [hug]
Claudia: Oh crap, I forgot my keys. I'll be right back you guys.
N/N: Okay [Claudia runs into the house.]
[Nick and Natalee stand there for a moment, and then hug. After they hug, they look into each others eyes. Then Nick takes her by the waist and kisses her. Natalee wraps her arms around him. When they hear Claudia coming back, Natalee slowly breaks the kiss.]
[touching foreheads and speaking softly]
Nick: You should get going.
Natalee: I don't want to go.
Nick: I know. But I'll see you another time.
Natalee: I love you...
Nick: I love you too. [Claudia comes out]
Nick: Bye Natalee. [kisses her softly one last time and then lets go of her. He disappears into the house.]
Claudia: Aww!!
Natalee: Shut up.
Claudia: I'm sorry. It's just so sweet!
Natalee: Let's just go.
Claudia: Hey, what's wrong?
Natalee: Nothing.
Back in the house-
Rachel: You guys... I have to go somewhere... I see you all later.
Everyone: Bye Rachel
Rachel: Bye guys [she leaves]
Marwa: [she gets a text] Crap. I should go too. I'll come over tomorrow.
Joe: Okay.
Everyone: Bye Marwa
Marwa: Bye [she leaves too]
Steph: So, Emily and Joe, how was your date?
Jemily: Awesome
Steph: That's cool. Me and Kevin just hung around the house. How about you, Nick, how was your day?
Nick: [dull] Wonderful.
Steph: You okay?
Nick: I'm fine. I'm going to bed. 'Night guys. [goes upstairs.]
Emily: Hmm it's only eight.
Joe: Weird. I'm going to go talk to him.
Emily: Okay. [Joe goes upstairs and walks into Nick's room.]
Nick: Hey Joe. What's up.
Joe: Are you okay?
Nick: I'm just sad- well, depressed- about Natalee leaving.
Joe: It'll be alright, dude. You'll see her again.
Nick: I hope so...
Joe: But right now, I need YOU to give ME advice.
Nick: Is everything okay?
Joe: Yeah... but this morning... something happened between me and Emily.
Nick: What...
Joe: Well, I mean we were kissing and we kinda went pretty far and-
Nick: Joe, you're not saying what I think you're saying are you?
Joe: Well...
Nick: Joe are you a virgin or not?
Joe: I am.
Nick: Then what happened?
Joe: We just got really close,, and then Marwa came in.
Nick: Well it's good nothing happened.
Joe: And it's good Kevin didn't find out.
Nick: So if it's all good, then what's the problem?
Joe: The problem is that... I... I want to.
Nick: Joe! Of course you want to bang Emily, but that doesn't mean you should!
Joe: I know. But, I mean, I really want to.
Nick: Joe you know damn well that that's NOT going to happen, right?
Joe: ....
Nick: [hits him in the side of the head]
Joe: Fuck, Nick! I'm sorry!
Nick: If I find out about you doing anything to her, I'm going straight to Dad.
Joe: It's my choice if I sleep with her, not yours!
Nick: Do you hear yourself?! Have you forgotten your promise?
Joe: .... [looks at his ring]
Nick: Get out of my room Joe. And don't you even think about touching her.
Joe: [glares at Nick and then leaves, while mumbling "thanks for the great advice." Nick sighs and falls onto the bed.]
