ive read the book.....snape dies in the 7th because voldemort casts the avada kedavra spell on him because he figures out that since sanpe has killed dumbledore then he is the true owner of the elderly wand.....so voldemort says the hell with it and kills him....but i remeber professor mcgonagull fiting snape as he was heading to thee shrieking shak

He doesnt cast the Avada Kedavra on Snape..He places him in the shielded orb that Nagini is being protected in. Nagini then proceeds to bite him to death..his last breaths are giving Harry his own memories for the Pensieve.

this fight is both amazing and disappointing. Amazing for obvious reasons...but disappointing as it's probably the best fight in the series. When harry confronts v in the last book rather than an actual fight it's more like the ending in "Clue" when they're bantering about whether there's any bullets left in the revolvers (=bantering about the elder wand).
