You picked the ace with your left hand, and you put a larger version of the ace down with your right hand. Although, not YOUR right hand, but someone elses right hand.
You can't switch the cars with that speed by yourself.

It's so obviously fake. When he picks the king up, it goes off the camera. There the card is almost definitely switched with a smaller one. Same thing with the ace, except bigger. Now if he showed us the backs of the cards, that'd be interesting.
