I'm from New Zealand and MSP is seriously underplayed here. i think majority Aussie and NZ music listeners prefer sunny laid-back, straightforward radio music i.e jack johnson, RnB etc...MSP always write deep, meaningful music and lyrics which set them apart from commercial bands. MSP should at least do a gig in Aussie since they wrote Australia!!

I first heard the Manics as the trio, and was greatly disturbed that the American media failed to recognize them or even play a shred of their music. I first heard them in 2001. They are brilliant as a three piece and were amazing as a four piece. How is it that some of you are so angry that they continued on after Richy "left"? I admire the fact that they persevered and never sought out another replacement guitatist.
