but isn't light supposed to be sucked up by black holes? how can you create matter from light if the light itself will be sucked up, hence no matter to create the gravity to travel?

you dont create matter from light, you gain mass by increasing the energy. and black holes do suck up light, but what it is saying is that the faster you go, the slower time goes for you, using special relativity. and the force of the gravity from the black hole makes you go almost that fast.

Flawed arguments all the way. 1 - provide evidence for god, 2 - provide evidence for destiny, 3 - provide evidence that "god" is able to get angry.. etc..
Btw - how do you KNOW that inventing this time machine is not part of the guys destiny anyway?

I don't need to prove evolution to you - it was proven so many times that there are mountains of evidence plus everyday use of the pricibles in engeneering, biotech, computer science, etc.
You just need to open your eyes - and your mind.

ronald mallet sais later on he knows travelling in the past is close to impossible but if his machine is made travelling to the future is very possible since the machine is made it has a place in the future which onto receive the traveler and send them back so in te future travelling to the past may be possible

energy and matter are equivalent via the famous E=mc^2. For example, take particles accelerate them to high speeds, they now have (kinetic) energy. When these speeding particles collide, new particles are created, but the neat thing is that these new particles didn't come from the insides of the speeding particles but they were created by the kinetic energy being transformed into matter.

there's still a paradox, regardless of when the 'device' is activated; if his inspiration hence the creation of the machine is the result of the death of his father. Then going back in time to stop his death would then mean the machine would not have been created at all. Unless of course this 'alternate' universe theory is applied...but then that wouldn't be his 'actual' father and he may not have died at all. Time travel has always been largely focused on changing the past, that's impossible.
