Also most normal coins would not work these days because they at plated of coated with another metal, specially pennies, so if you try to heat them of hammer them they flake apart, silver is a very maliable metal and doesn;t require heating and does flake as a result, so it worked the best, but tou can make anything from anything else, the only problem is the skill and knowledge required to make it. knowledge is power
