nice! I'm also making a Six Flags Park on Rct3! Its in the works but right now has 1 LIM coaster, 1 Compact Inverted coaster, 1 Serpent Shuttle coaster, and 1 Vertical drop coaster, along with other rides and attractions

it is custom scenery. you can download it from a lot of websites. they'll give directions on the download. you can get expansion packs to but they dont come with custom scenery.

The water is called reflective water, it is in the options menu.
The cars come with soaked.
And everything else is CS.
