Ha Haaaaaaaaa!!!! Nobody really knows but the music he's doing with his mouth is Banda, Duranguense, or norteno. We adopted this music (acordion and Tuba or polka)from the Germans in south Texas during the late 1800's. At that time there were many many Germans and Mexicans in south Texas and were partying together and we ended up using their style in music especially the accordion and tuba. Listen to german polka and you'll see!!! Thats why it's called norteno music or northern music of Mexico.
