فکر می‌کنم که انقلاب اسلامی هم محصول خشم و هياهوی «ذهن‌های توسعه نيافته»ی رهبران سياسی و روشنفکران ما بود، وگرنه با توجه به تغيير آرام شرايط سياسی در اسپانيا، يونان و پرتغال در آن زمان، ما به چيزی بنام انقلاب (آنهم از نوع اسلامی آن) نياز نداشتيم و رژيم شاه برای "اصلاحات"، مساعدتر از رژيم اسلامی کنون
