Keep to ideal weight, exercise regularly, eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, cut down on red meat and processed meats. A glass of red wine a day. Cut smoking and don't do recreational drugs. Drink water more than fizzy sugar drinks. Brush your teeth properly and go to the dentist regularly. Check your blood pressure. These simple things will add several years to the average person's life and keep you aging more slowly.

Very interesting!! The work of Jonathan Tilly with reference to preventing Menopause, is looking at stem cells as well.
This is a complicated science to those who aren't doctors. And since it has recently started generating more and more interest, it is great find videos like this that help explain stem cell research laymans terms.
