Nomura: "Those 3 are completely new people who haven't shown up at all. In fact, I've already thought of their names. Back when I was making that movie, I only had their settings but now I've even drawn their faces to give myself a clearer image of them."

Not really, though Nomura stated that he wanted to Release Coded and 358/2 Days in the Summer (Japan) of 2008, and Birth by Sleep is supposed to be released after the other two.
So, BBS might be released Late 2008, or early 2009.

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix is an extended version of Kingdom Hearts with extra weapons and bosses. Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+ is an extended version of Kingdom Hearts 2 with more bosses and weapons. The Final Mixes are in Japanese, and were not released anywhere other than Japan
