Here is updated info for those who want MiVTones (formerly known as VideosTone)on FW 2.0:

Version 2.0 released for iPhone Firmware 2.0 (Jailbreak 2G and 3G)
Add on Features:
1. Support Firmware V2.0
2. Set Video Sound Mute
3. Set Vibration on/off
If you have updated firmware to V2.0, please refer to the following of steps :
Step 1: Activate MiVTones Account
In order to activate your account ,please goto http://www.MiVTones.com to register a MiVTones account,then you will receive the activate email from MiVTones .Follow the email shows steps to activate your account.
Step 2: Install MiVTones from Cydia
Make sure you have installed Cydia, which will give you the ModMyiFone.com source.
Go to Sections to find Multimedia, you will find MiVTones - install MiVTones.
Step 3: MiVTones Settings
You will find MiVTones icon in iPhone Settings,if you install MiVTones successfully.
Select MiVTones. In order to enable MiVTones, you have to verify your MiVTones account first. So select MiVTones Account to Enter
Username ( not email) and password which you have registered at MiVTones.com.
Step 4: Make your own Video ringtones
Use ssh script or Winscp to upload your own video ringtone to ~var/mobile/Media/Videotone/Video
Note: If you want to uninstall MiVTones, please use Cydia Remove.
Enjoy your MiVTones!

****BEWARE/CAUTION****
-this app seems to not have a correct/proper way of uninstalling according to many reviews i have read
-if you're video has sound, it will not play silent when you have the silent slider on, however VT update you installed in the instructions below allows you to hit the volume buttons on the side of the phone to mute when someone is calling.. also, one person found out that the volume in the iPod on the phone controls the volume of the video ringtone, so an alternate way to silent your phone is to set your ipod volume down.. vibrate cannot be disabled at this time.
-if you feel that you do not want to take these risks, then i suggest not doing this as it may result in you restoring your phone which NOBODY likes
-i hold no responsibility if your phone screws up and i cannot guarantee it will work for everyone, but it is a great app.. good luck and hope u enjoy!
Quick install:
1)add the source/s above
2)find Dynamic Module Loader (under iFoneTec), dl/install
3)find VideosTone (under System), dl/install
4)find VT Update Pack (under iFoneTec), dl/install
5)respring, then restart iphone
6)go into your settings, scroll all the way to the bottom, select VideosTone
7)choose your video and/or ringtone, then enable VideosTone, it should respring
8)call your iphone to test
9)the personalize setting option in VideosTone will be implemented soon, go to iFoneTec soon to purchase once updated!
