The tech is there, indeed, and it would be naive to think otherwise. I believe the 9/11 event may have been a little demonstration of the technology, as a false flag operation.

the ability to work with high level mathematics and physics, entirely mentally, is well beyond even modern scientists. Even if the U.S. government DID have Tesla papers, they are such fucking pricks I doubt they could get anyone smart enough to work for them. One thing that is well known about the U.S. government, is that their smartest scientists do not get beyond 140 because "genius plots." Tesla's technology, is well beyond any of us. For the time being.
